  • Delivery timelines may vary slightly during sales, holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your delivery.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Baby Rui is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.

Delayed or Lost Packages

Return & Exchange Policy

At Baby Rui, we take great care to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

Blankets may be returned oe exchanged within 4 days of delivery only if:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received the wrong item.

Non-Returnable/Exchange Conditions

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The blanket has been washed.
  • The blanket has been used.
  • The blanket is not in its original condition.
  • The return request is made more than 4 days after delivery.

Return/Exchange Requirements

To initiate a return, please contact us within 4 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once the return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Due to the intimate nature of baby essentials, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, washed, or altered. 

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, all baby essentials are non-returnable.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Please Note: As our blankets are handmade, slight variations in appearance and stitching are natural and not considered defects. Tiny black specks visible in the cotton filling are natural cotton particles and are a normal characteristic of natural cotton, not stains or damage. 🤍
