Return & Exchange Policy
At Baby Rui, we create products for little ones with great care and attention. Due to the delicate and personal nature of baby essentials, we currently do not accept returns once a product has been delivered.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong item
To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
